Specialist personal injury solicitor Amy Barron joins growing Salisbury team at Novum Law

Rapidly expanding specialist personal injury firm Novum Law has added to its growing team with the appointment of solicitor Amy Barron.

Amy, who qualified as a solicitor in 2010, joins Novum Law from Basingstoke-based Lamb Brooks Solicitors where she specialised in serious personal injury compensation claims and medical negligence cases. Prior to her role there, she was a trainee solicitor at Trethowans where she gained experience in personal injury and medical negligence as well as employment and commercial law.

A graduate from the University of Warwick and Bournemouth University, Amy, who lives in Salisbury, is the latest in a line of lawyers who have recently joined Novum Law’s Upper Woodford offices, as demand for its specialist services increases. Its expert team regularly deals with complex, multi-million pound damages claims for people living in Salisbury and the surrounding area.

Amy said: “One of the reasons I am a personal injury solicitor is that I wanted to make a positive difference in people’s lives. The fact that Novum Law specialises solely in personal injury and medical negligence claims means that I can focus on getting the very best results for clients and ensuring they get the specific care and support they need. I’m thrilled to be joining such a great, dedicated team of expert solicitors.”

Neil Elliott, Director of Novum Law and head of the Salisbury office, said: “Amy’s appointment is an important one - strengthening our expanding team and guaranteeing that we can help even more people in Salisbury and beyond who, through no fault of their own, find themselves seriously injured or ill due to the negligence of others.”

Chief Executive of Novum Law Thomas Sheppard added: “Our strong reputation as one of the leading specialist personal injury law firms in the South of England means that we can attract the brightest, most talented solicitors who really want to further their careers in a young, dynamic business that’s growing and constantly moving forwards.”
